A lista de voos de helicópteros do governo do Rio mostra que aeronaves pousaram e decolaram em Mangaratiba mesmo quando o ex-governador Sérgio Cabral (PMDB) estava em viagem no exterior.
Foram ao menos 81 voos para o refúgio do ex-governador em datas nas quais ele estava fora do país em missão oficial ou a lazer. O levantamento é resultado de cruzamento feito pela reportagem entre a lista de voos dos helicópteros da Subsecretaria Militar, dados do Sistema de Tráfego Internacional da Polícia Federal e o relatório de viagens oficiais do Estado.
O peemedebista tem casa de veraneio no condomínio Portobello e responde a processo por suposto uso abusivo das aeronaves oficiais para uso pessoal. A Folha revelou que quase 1.500 voos foram realizados para a cidade na gestão Cabral, entre 2007 e 2014.
Cabral afirmou em depoimento que em alguns casos os helicópteros eram usados sem a sua presença em razão de desencontro de horário com familiares. “Tinha vezes que ficava até muito tarde no Palácio, eventualmente meus filhos e mulher iam antes e eu ia depois”, afirmou ele, em audiência à Justiça estadual.
Cabral também disse que secretários de Estado iam para Mangaratiba, chamada por Cabral como “extensão de sua residência”, despachar temas de governo.
Os dados, contudo, mostram voos frequentes para a cidade da Costa Verde mesmo quando o peemedebista não estava no país.
Em junho de 2009, quando Cabral estava na China ao lado do empresário Eike Batista buscando atrair investidores para o porto do Açu, oito voos foram para Mangaratiba com helicópteros oficiais.
Seis pousos foram realizados na casa de veraneio de Cabral em maio de 2008, quando o ex-governador tinha agendas públicas em Paris. O mesmo ocorreu quando ele estava nos Estados Unidos, em março de 2009.
Enquanto o então governador visitava em viagem oficial o Japão e a Coreia do Sul, em março de 2008, um dos helicópteros do Estado fez cinco voos para Mangaratiba. Outros cinco foram feitos em agosto de 2008, quando o peemedebista participava da abertura da Olimpíada de Pequim.
A lista da Subsecretaria Militar indica também que Mangaratiba foi um frequente destino de Cabral imediatamente após retornar de viagem ao exterior. Há frequentes voos partindo do aeroporto internacional do Galeão em direção à cidade minutos depois do desembarque do ex-governador no país.
