Líderes europeus reunidos na Cúpula Social da União Européia, realizada na cidade sueca de Gotemburgo, aprovaram nesta sexta-feira uma declaração de princípios para a defesa do trabalho digno e do bom funcionamento dos sistemas de proteção social no século XXI.
A meta da Cúpula Social é dar novo impulso à construção de uma Europa mais justa, e reforçar sua dimensão social.
O Pilar Europeu dos Direitos Sociais, assinado ao término da reunião, define 20 princípios centrados nas oportunidades iguais de acesso ao mercado de trabalho, na inclusão social e na proteção dos direitos dos trabalhadores.
A Europa já possui os sistemas de proteção social mais avançados do mundo. Mas líderes europeus destacam que é preciso fazer frente aos novos desafios decorrentes da globalização, da revolução digital e da crise da última década, que produziu um maior risco de pobreza em diversas partes da Europa.
Para o primeiro-ministro da Suécia, que possui um dos mais fortes sistemas de proteção social da Europa, é hora de lidar com as consequências sociais da crise econômica de 2008.
“Os líderes europeus gastaram bilhões para lidar com a crise, salvar bancos e pôr suas economias de pé. A mesma energia deve ser direcionada aos jovens desempregados, aos aposentados pobres e à insegurança do mercado de trabalho”, enfatizou Stefan Löfven.
A declaração de Gotemburgo destaca que salários mínimos justos e adequados devem garantir condições satisfatórias de vida para os trabalhadores e suas famílias, além de ressaltar a importância dos mecanismos de proteção social, treinamento profissional e seguro-desemprego.
O documento afirma ainda que todos os cidadãos têm direito a uma educação de qualidade, e que homens e mulheres devem receber a mesma remuneração por trabalhos semelhantes.
Embora a declaração não tenha caráter mandatório, o objetivo é estabelecer uma referência para um novo processo de convergência na promoção de melhores condições de vida e trabalho na Europa.
“É preciso promover a dimensão social no processo de cooperação européia”, reforçou o primeiro-ministro sueco, Stefan Löfven. “Caso contrário, a União Européia enfrentará um problema gigantesco com os cidadãos que, com medo do futuro, serão atraídos para o extremismo, o populismo e o nacionalismo”.
A Cúpula Social de Gotemburgo teve a presença dos principais chefes de Estado da União Européia, além dos presidentes da Comissão Europeia, Jean-Claude Juncker, do Conselho Europeu, Donald Tusk, e do Parlamento Europeu, Antonio Tajani. A chanceler alemã, Angela Merkel, não participou da reunião por estar envolvida nas negociações de uma nova coalizão de governo na Alemanha.
Sindicatos e associações patronais da União Européia apoiaram a nova declaração.
“Esforços são necessários para aprimorar o funcionamento de nossos mercados de trabalho, especialmente a fim de proporcionar a nossos jovens a perspectiva de um futuro melhor”, afirma a declaração conjunta das organizações patronais e de trabalhadores. “Queremos que a Europa continue a ter os mais desenvolvidos sistemas sociais do mundo”.

A MP da reforma trabalhista, editada por Michel Temer, faz uma emenda tão ruim quanto o soneto ao regulamentar o recolhimento dos trabalhadores “intermitentes” aqueles que trabalham algumas horas ou alguns dias no mês, quando o patrão achar que tem necessidade de tirá-los da “prateleira”.
Como tinham ficado sem direito a Previdência caso a remuneração, somando as horas trabalhadas, não alcance o salário mínimo, Temer fez uma correção.
Agora, eles podem “completar” a contribuição ao INSS do próprio bolso.
Imagine: o homem ou a mulher que trabalha apenas alguns dias por mês, ganhando R$ 4,26 pela hora ou R$ 31,23 pelo dia de trabalho, com poucas horas ou dias – lógico, um miséria recebida – vai arranjar com o que “completar” o INSS?
(Estou abstraindo o fato de que eu, o leitor ou a leitora teríamos vergonha e não admitiríamos pagar somente R$ 31,23 a um ser humano para passar oito horas fazendo uma faxina em nossas casas).
Um cálculo feito pela Federação dos Engenheiros mostra que, para quem quer um trabalhador de 8 horas por dia e folga aos sábados e domingos, pagando (arredondo) R$ 32 por dia, pagará menos que o mínimo, porque com a média de 22,5 dias úteis por mês pagará R$ 720 mensais, 217 reais a menos que o salário mínimo, isso se não houver feriados.
Negocião, não é?
O resultado disso é que os que trabalhavam assim na informalidade, mesmo que formalizados, não ajudarão a Previdência a arrecadar e, claro, não se aposentarão nunca por tempo de contribuição. Como são os mais pobres que começam a trabalhar mais cedo e só poderão se aposentar por idade, tome lá 50 anos para se aposentar.
Mais humanidade como essa é necessária…..

Vou explicar só a questão do salário mínimo (resumidamente), porque o restante já está mais do que óbvio: Quando o Estado impõe ao empresário um valor mínimo a ser pago pela relação de trabalho, ele inibe a contratação de jovens inexperientes e estimula a ilegalidade (contratações clandestinas). E quando a empresa aceita essa imposição do salário mínimo, ela acaba por repassar o aumento ao consumidor, que diminui o consumo e retrai a economia. Um estado regulador, poderoso o suficiente para interferir numa relação de trabalho, é capaz de tomar de você até o que você não pode entregar para ele, sem que isso lhe cause severos prejuízos. A propósito, essa Suécia tão “politicamente correta” se tornou a capital europeia do estupro, graças às políticas globalistas. Acordem, a Europa está em queda livre, e isso não aconteceu da noite para o dia. É um processo longo, mas que já está em avançado estágio; muito disso se deve à mentalidade presunçosa de que o progresso e inevitável para os Europeus quando, na verdade, não é!!
