”O Presidente do Parlamento também vem de metrô para o trabalho”, diz Maria Skuldt, da Secretaria de Imprensa do Parlamento.
Assim como o presidente da Casa, todos os parlamentares têm direito a receber um cartão anual para viajar gratuitamente nos transportes públicos. Ministros podem requisitar veículos ”quando têm fortes razões para precisar de um”, segundo diz um assessor do governo: ”Por exemplo, quando vão fazer um discurso em um subúrbio distante”.
Na sede da Säpo, o porta-voz dos serviços de segurança diz que carros podem ser eventualmente oferecidos a ministros, dependendo de análises de grau de risco para sua segurança.
”Mas não são os ministros que decidem. Todos os carros pertencem aos serviços de segurança, e portanto é a Säpo que avalia qual ministro pode ter direito a transporte, e em que ocasiões”, informa o porta-voz.
